Love is in the air in our household at the moment, not only did we just get married but some of our best friends, and neighbours, are also getting married this weekend!
But even if you aren’t all loved up with someone else, that doesn’t mean you can make the most of Valentine’s Day!
Self love is the MOST important love. If you don’t love yourself, why should anyone else?! You need to be the best you you can be, and part of that is excepting yourself just as you are.
Clothing can play a big part in that – confidence in your own shape, size and style can make you seem and feel like the sexiest person in the world! It’s not about wearing the latest and greatest, it’s all about wearing what you feel good in!
Giving you back your confidence through style is at the heart of what I do as a stylist, it’s important to me that women (and men!) come to a place of self-acceptance – own your body! It’s the only one you’ve got!
In saying that – gifts make everything better so I’ve put together a collection of Valentine’s Day gifts you can either buy for yourself? Or put forward as a gentle hint to a significant other (I find leaving their computer open on this blog screen helps……)
WHERE TO BUY: 1) Andrea Moore “I Love You” tunic $175 | 2) sass & bide “Cast in Heart” tee $170 | 3) Mel by Melissa’s from Hannahs $69.95 | 4) Asos love heart envelope clutch $52 | 5) Asos heart print robe $25 on sale
So what are you up to this Valentine’s Day? Is it a big deal in your house? Or are you more like us – take it or leave it? Saying that, any excuse to buy that cute Andrea Moore dress I’ll take it!
What are you going to do for YOURSELF this Valentine’s Day? Tell me in the comments below, I’d love to know
Love the clutch! For Valentine’s Day I’m cooking a feast at home for me and my hubby and then we’re planning to attend a free outdoor concert at the Melbourne royal botanic gardens.
Happy Valentine’s Day! x
ooooh that sounds lovely! – LOVE outdoor concerts – what a fab Valentine’s you have planned xx
