And I mean literally!
That’s right! My gorgeous husband and I (I can’t really call him The Boy anymore can I!) are expecting our first little bundle of joy in August!
So what does this mean for Chasing Cait? Nothing! I’m not going anywhere!
This blog is actually all about YOU! I’m here to give you, my amazing readers, expert advice on how to make YOUR style more amazing (and easy) everyday!
So yes, the bump will be growing, but that doesn’t mean that Chasing Cait will turn into a pregnancy blog.
Once I start to show (more than I can hide!), I’ll make sure that I let you know if what I’m wearing is maternity or not so you know if it’s something that might work for you too.
Remember, we aren’t all the same shape and size as we are now, so adding a bump is not going to change the fact that you can still get advice and inspiration from what I’m doing/wearing/saying 🙂
I have so many AMAZING things coming up on Chasing Cait this year that I can’t wait to share with you, and my pregnancy is just one of those things, so stick around for the ride baby!

Congratulations!!!!! I tried to make an effort with clothes while I was pregnant but always felt dagggggy, so I bet preggy readers will love to see what you recommend. I found it tough to splurge on clothing that would only fit for a short time but it was definitely worth buying a couple of nice pieces.
yeah I’m definitely conscious of not spending too much on purely maternity! I’m just looking for lots of stretchy things haha!

So exciting, congratulations! I did have a sneaky suspicion that this announcement was coming 🙂 Very much looking forward to seeing you rock your bump over the coming months and beyond. I have 2 little toddlers and found the post-baby stage tough in terms of figuring out my style and staying practical, I still don’t quite feel like I’ve figured it out so I’ll be eagerly watching for tips.

I am due in May and the hardest hardest thing to find is a stylish nappy bag. I’ve been looking for a large leather tote or similar that I could use (as I don’t really want something that screams nappy bag!) – so please please could you share if you find something for yourself….
