With Autumn well and truly on its way (I mean, I’m wearing 2 layers of clothing today – wtf?!) there is so much black and grey hitting the stores.
So I wanted to share with you a little bit of colour inspiration to keep the dark colours at bay for JUST a little while longer – so introducing one of my favourite colours, blush pink.

What I love about blush pink is that it has a slightly more sophisticated feel to it than BRIGHT PINK!! or Candy pink, or neon pink (all of which I still love too!) and surprisingly, it actually suits most skin tones and hair colours.
It looks AMAZING with grey, and can work well with black OR white – it tends to transcend seasons so you can wear it all year round. Sounds like a pretty useful colour to have in your wardrobe don’t you think?
It also happens to be the brand colour of one of my favourite skin care brands, Essano (how convenient!) and they’ve asked me to put together a list of my favourite blush pinks things to share with you – so here they are!
SHOP THE BLUSH: 1. Essie “All Tied Up” nail colour $22.99 | 2. EziBuy Capture lambswool jumper $59.99 | 3. Elms + King cosmetic bag $39.95 | 4. Essano skincare nourishing hand créme $14.99 | 5. Mr W & Me “Factor 35” shoes $129
So much prettiness! So little time. But really, have a play with the different shades of blush pink – if you have darker hair, try the most intense tone (like the EziBuy knit) and if you have lighter hair and skin, the pretty lightness of the Mr W & Me shoes are perfect (actually, I can vouch for how awesome they are, I may own them…..). Like I said before, there is something in blush pink for everyone!
Anything caught your eye? Tell me your favourite blush pink pick from the pic above and I might just send you a little something, something…..
Until Next Time, In Love & Style Always,

I just unpacked my little girls’ winter clothes from the attic. 3 year old has the most divine hand-me-down-from-cousins soft blush pink Trelise Cooper lace-trimmed suede-look blazer. I would steal it and wear it myself in a flash – if it wasn’t size 4! Sooooooo unfair! I’m going to have to dress in grey and carry all 20 kilos of child round permanently like an accessory, ha ha.
OMG how much of the Trelise Cooper kids collection would you steal if it were grown up sizes! The Tutus alone!! xx
I do love me some blush pink! Especially when paired with grey. So pretty and feminine and stylish. Loving those brogues! x
ooooh I LOVE it paired with grey – how awesome are the brogues 😉 xx
I LOVE the pink shoes!! By hey I love any shade of pink anytime anywhere, the more pink the better x
I’m with you – pink girl all the way!! xx
Love the cosmetic bag- could almost double as a clutch. Just bought a blush coloured shell top that looks great with leopard print sandals.
That was my thought exactly Tiana! ooooooh pairing it back with leopard print, I LOVE that!
i love the blush pinks of medium intensity, like the ones on the cosmetic bag and the Rosehip cream; although that skirt is gorgeous too!
it’s such a sophisticated colour isn’t it 😉
I think the palest blush colour in the Mr W & Me “Factor 35″ shoes is the prettiest. Also, for those of us who suit clear colours and can’t pull off the muddier blush tones of the Ezibuy top, the shoes (and the nail polish) would be a good way to sneak in some of that prettiness!
They are the PRETTIEST shoes! (I own them haha!) x
