Hello Spring! Well almost right? It’s that time of year again where we start to all get excited about the new trends that are coming our way (and if you are anything like me, you start wearing them before it’s warm enough to really be wearing them, just because you can!)
As always, Garage from The Warehouse has nailed the latest overseas looks and trends for us lucky gals right here in NZ! The very clever buyers and designers from Garage have managed to find some amazing on-trend spring essentials at low prices – just what we like to hear. Hello savings!
So off the back of THIS post earlier in the week about 5 of my fave (other) style bloggers to follow, I thought I’d show you how you can totally steal their style for less…..
Daisy Chain
This trend sees daisies sprinkled on the must-have maxi skirt, easy to wear skater dress and even on Garage’s fabulous essential cardigan! The soft drape camis and over-sized tees work perfectly with printed shorts (my personal pick of the season!) denim, or even teamed back with one of the many legging options.
It’s official – Emily from Cupcakes & Cashmere can do no wrong. She has got the Daisy Chain trend bang on and looks gorgeous doing it too! Steal here style with these pieces from Garage at The Warehouse (and if that skirt is not a SPOT ON match – I don’t know what is!)
STEAL HER STYLE: Garage button through shirt (blue) $29 | Garage daisy maxi skirt $29 | The Warehouse round black sunglasses $9 | The Warehouse carmen sandals $30 (all available in store)
Aussie model-turned super-blogger Tuula Vintage rocks the Daisy Chain look like only she can! But with so many awesome printed pieces, you can be channeling Tuula no matter what your style
STEAL HER STYLE: (top left) Garage ‘tres jolie’ crop tee $20 | (bottom left) Garage daisy print cardi $15 | (right) Garage daisy print skater dress $20 (all styles available in store)
Spanish blogger Alexandra from Lovely Pepa looks great in her printed short and knit top. Add some aviators to finish off the look – Work this trend with these cute printed Daisy Chain shorts from Garage at The Warehouse
STEAL HER STYLE: Garage daisy track shorts $20 | Garage cardigan in blue $12 | The Warehouse metal aviator sunglasses $20
Spring Break
If you prefer a slightly more relaxed feel, with a sport-luxe edge, the other big trend from Garage at The Warehouse, Spring Break, fits the bill. This grey marle, washed denim collection has something for everyone; palm tress, florals, animal prints and easy stripes all make an appearance. Let’s see how some of my favourite bloggers are rocking the Spring Break trend – and how you can get the look from Garage at The Warehouse.
Star of TV show Revenge, Ashley Madekwe has the most amazing fashion blog (that girl has style) called Ring My Bell and she knows how to work a trend. Check out how you can get her Spring Break look for less from, Garage at The Warehouse.
STEAL HER STYLE: Garage washed out skinny jeans $39 | Garage “off duty” tee $20 (both styles available in stores)
Check out the always gorgeous Blair from Atlantic-Pacific rocking the Spring Break trend with stripes ahoy! Steal her style by adding a pop of colour and some oversized sunnies.
