I’ve net met a tulle skirt I didn’t like (call me “princess”, or “Carrie” or whatever).

There’s something decidedly magical about wearing a tutu as a grown up really isn’t there.

I also know that many of my clients and readers love the idea of wearing a tulle skirt, but aren’t really sure how to style it for everyday life.

And look, they aren’t for everyone, so if layers of tulle isn’t your thing, that’s totally ok! If we all liked all the same things, there would be no such thing as personal style.

BUT if you do love the idea of wearing a bit of frill and fru fru to brighten your day, here’s a wee video with four different ways to style a tulle skirt in your everyday life:

So what do you think? Can you see yourself wearing a tulle skirt?

If it’s something you’d like to try, here are a few of my current faves and where to get them, including a link to the one I’m wearing in the video.

Now remember, a tulle skirt isn't for everyone and thats totally ok. But if it does speak to you, don't be scared to give it a go! Fashion and style should be fun, and how much more fun can it get than a tutu!
