💰 Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the trip. This deposit goes toward securing key components of the experience and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

The remaining balance can be paid in instalments, with a payment schedule options provided below

Your spot is not confirmed until the deposit has been received; there are only 6 spots available on each trip.
- a 2% bank merchant fee will be incurred on credit card payments. Please advise beforehand if paying by credit card
✈️ Flights & Fixed Package Details

Once flights are booked, no changes or transfers can be made – these are non-refundable flights. This includes name changes, date changes, or cancellations.

For this reason, please ensure you are fully committed before confirming your booking.

The package is offered as a set itinerary for all travellers. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate customisations or partial participation.
- All flights are to and from Auckland (travel to and from Auckland is your responsibility)
🔁 Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of the group booking and fixed travel arrangements, no refunds will be given once your booking is confirmed. (Please make sure you arrange travel insurance to cover potential unforeseen circumstances)
🩺 Health & Travel Insurance Responsibility
- Travel insurance is an additional cost and is your responsibility. You can pre-arrange it through your provider, or I can source it through my travel agent

Any pre-existing medical conditions or accessibility needs must be disclosed at the time of booking so we can ensure the trip is suitable and safe for you.

By joining the trip, you confirm you are fit to travel and able to participate in the planned activities.

Flights and accommodation will be booked by 30th September 2026, so an early contribution towards travel costs is included in all plans.

EARLY TRAVEL CONTRIBUTION:
$1500.00 NZD due 15th September 2026
(this is used to secure flights + accommodation)

OPTION 2 — QUARTERLY / SPLIT PAYMENT PLAN
TOTAL COST: $4990.00 NZD
SECURITY DEPOSIT:

PAYMENT 1 (TRAVEL BOOKING FUND):
$1500.00 NZD due 15th September 2026
2 x PAYMENTS:

OPTION 3 — PAY IN FULL & SAVE

5% DISCOUNT WHEN PAID IN FULL BY 15th SEPTEMBER 2026:
