I’m not sure about the weather you’ve been having where you are, but as luck would have it, I’ve pretty much missed summer so far!
Today has changed that though! The sun is out, not a cloud in the sky and it feels like the perfect day to throw on a Summer frock – and lucky for you, I’ve done a quick round-up and found FIVE fabulous frocks all under $100 for you!

SHOP THE FROCKS: 1. Boom Shankar dress from Birdsnest.com.au $89.00 | 2. Decjuba striped maxi $87.95 | 3. Max teired dress $59.00 | 4. Just Jeans lyocell dress $69.95 | 5. Mod Cloth “worth your isle’ dress $59.99
With fresh summer colours and prints, there is something here for everyone! Throw one of these delightful frocks on over your togs to hit the beach, or dress it up with a pair of wedges when you’re heading out to dinner at the pub (beach-side of course). If you are back at work (doh!) you could even add a jacket to some of these ladies to dress it up.
So many pretty dresses, so little time (and money right?) Which is your fave? Tell me in the comments below, I’d love to know!

Hi Cait, I accidentally stumbled across your blogs and I absolutely love your style. I will be following you from now on! I’m a huge dress fan; I find them so easy and feminine but do tend to struggle putting a whole look together and especially making them versatile with different looks. Do you have any store/label recommendations for patterned/bright, feminine dresses that would be suitable for a smart corporate look as well as those that can cross over to smart casual. What are your thoughts on online shopping? Is it worth the risk of potential ill fitting items for a few possible gems?
Hey Diana! thanks so much, I’m so happy you’ve found the blog and love it 🙂
I love both Sacha Drake and Leina Broughton for exactly what you are talking about. They are both Aussie labels and I would be confident to say that they are SUPER-true to size (so just buy your normal size)

Locally, have a look at KILT, Andrea Moore, Obi, Erina Emery (just pop them into google and you’ll find each site) – varying price-points, but if you find a great dress that suits you, then it’s worth it’s weight in gold!
I’m a massive fan of online shopping – just make sure you buy styles you know suit you, and that you look at the size guide to get your size right, oh and check the return policies!
I hope that helps a little? let me know how you go!
