How to get the most out of your Style Circle membership

The Style Circle works best when you treat it like a resource you come back to, not something you need to “keep up with.”

Here are a few tips to get the most value:

  • Watch the weekly videos at your own pace, there’s no right order

  • Revisit lessons when the season changes or your lifestyle shifts

  • Use the group for questions, outfit feedback, and accountability

  • Try one idea at a time,  small tweaks lead to big wardrobe wins

  • Remember: you don’t need more clothes, you need better combinations

This space is designed to support you long-term, not overwhelm you.

How to download the Style Circle app

To make things easy, you can access Style Circle through the GOKOLLAB app on your phone or tablet.

Here’s how:

  1. Download the app from the App Store HERE or Google Play HERE
  2. Log in using the email you used when you joined Style Circle
  3. Bookmark the app or add it to your home screen for quick access

Once you’re in, you’ll have all the content, videos, and discussions right at your fingertips, perfect for outfit planning moments on the go.

How to cancel your membership

As much as I’d hate to see you go, I understand things change, just know that you’re always in control of your membership.

If you ever need to cancel:

1. Log into your Client Portal HERE: https://clients.chasingcait.com (you’ll have received login details via email)

2. Once logged in, find your picture / name at the top right corner of the screen and click on MANAGE ACCOUNT

3. click on Billing & Subscriptions in the menu

3. Find your active subscription and click Cancel

4. Confirm the cancellation

Plese note, on the new system, membership cancellations become effective IMMEDIATELY. You’ll lose access to the client portal, but you’ll still have access to The Facebook Group until the final date of your last payment cycle.

With this in mind, please try and cancel as close to your renewal date as possible so you get the most out of your membership.
