I feel like this version of pink is the grown up, more sophisticated sister of the blush pinks we’ve seen for a couple of seasons now.
I do love me a pink, any pink, but as with any colour, some suit better than others.

Most people struggle with the lighter version of the blush pink, it can wash you out if you wear it too close to your face, (saying that, it looks FAB on others).

But I’m finding this slighter deeper, darker version is a MUCH easier colour for most people to wear, which is why I’m currently have a “love moment” with dusky rose pink.

I like this pink, because it doesn’t really feel like pink, if you know what I mean.

For those of you who aren’t pink ladies (I’m the head honcho of the Pink Ladies fyi), it’s a soft, feminine colour, without being too sickly sweet, candy pink.

So what other colours does it work with?

Because it’s a little richer in colour, shades of dusky pink will work better with darker colours than the lighter blush pink does, making it the perfect companion to black or navy.
