Hello! Welcome back, lovely to see you.
Are you excited about 2016? I certainly am! There are so many exciting possibilities on the horizons. So many new things to do, try and look forward to.
But what about the things we loved in 2015? There are so many “new year, new you” posts floating around the internets right now telling us what we should try, or eat, or do to make out lives better this year, which is awesome, but sometimes it’s also important to look back and reflect on what we LOVED and did right last year and focus on KEEPING DOING those things.
So this is my first post for the year – 5 things that I did last year that I’m going to keep doing this year….
1. Keep loving my body
This is my body, it’s the only one I’ve got so I’m going to keep remembering that. No matter what your shape or size, your body is part of what makes you amazing and uniquely you, so keep showing it the love in 2016 just like you did in 2015 right?
2. Following my passion
Incase you haven’t noticed, I fricken LOVE what I do! 2015 was such a great year for Chasing Cait so I’m going to keep that love and passion going into 2016 – you with me?
3. Keep tucking my shirt in
Random right? But it’s one of the most simple style tricks you can do to make every outfit look better. Still don’t believe me? Read this post from last year…..
4. Here fishy, fishy, fishy
You many not know this about me but I’m part fish. I LOVE swimming so much and even though I didn’t do as much of it as I wanted to last year, I’m going to up the ante this year – in fact I’ve signed up to do the Mt Maunganui Surf to Sand ocean swim in March so I don’t really have a choice now haha!
5. Helping you Find Your Style
If you’re in Auckland, have you been along to one of my Finding Your Style workshops yet? They are SO much fun, and a great way to kick-start your style and confidence! I LOVE running them, and I’ve got heaps more planned for this year so that is definitely at the top of my list fo things I’m going to keep doing in 2016! More deets here
Don’t worry if you’re not in Auckland, you can get your style kick-started with my e-book too! Get it here.
So that’s mine, tell me yours? What did you do last year that you are going to keep rocking in 2016 to make it your best year yet?
Until Next Time, In Love & Style Always,
